Although her expertise is in the city of Tustin—having lived there for over 23 years—Yvonne has experience with a variety of transactions all across Southern California, ranging from new homebuyers who need a little guidance to senior homeowners who are ready for that next step.  

One of Yvonne’s most notable attributes is her ability to bring a sense of peace, comfort, and ease to an otherwise stressful transaction. Having worked for a medical device company prior to her success as a REALTOR®, she has learned the invaluable skill of being able to get along with anyone she encounters and listen attentively to their needs. In addition to these aptitudes, Yvonne approaches every transaction with professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and an understanding that decisions are to be made together and not pushed or forced on anyone. 

Yvonne also devotes her time to her family at home: she loves spending time with her husband and grown daughter’s, whether it be volunteering, cycling, camping, ocean fishing, or gardening. Her outdoorsy nature is reflected in her fervor for adventure and the hunt for finding the perfect home for her clients.
