John began his career in Real Estate in 2009 after working in management for fortune 500 companies like Target and Nordstrom. Management positions taught him valuable lessons in customer and client satisfaction. While at Target working in fraud investigation, John further developed skills that will ensure he protects his clients money in every transaction. With a bachelor of arts in Communications from California State University of Fullerton, John possesses the communication skills that any successful Realtor needs. He is excited about helping clients navigate the red tape, negotiations, crucial decisions take place in every real estate transaction.
In 2012, 2013, and 2014 John and his team earned the highest award a Prudential California Real Estate team can receive, the "Chairman's Circle" award, putting them in the top 2% of agents nationwide. In 2015 his team desired to maintain our high level of client satisfaction and shifted with many of the top Real Estate agents in Southern California away from Prudential to form a new brokerage known as Reliance Real Estate Services. Here, he assisted in driving sales of his team to over $130 million. Additionally, he assisted in the tremendous growth of the company stretching from one office to a total of five in multiple cities and building from 12 agents to almost 150 company wide.
