Erin Williams | DRE#01994295
At 19 years old Erin took her first real estate class in college and got super excited to have found something she was passionate about – she decided to double major in both Business Marketing and Real Estate. Soon after she invested in the real estate market by purchasing a condo in South Florida. Being still young, she also took an Acting Class, got bit by the “bug” and worked in entertainment for most of her 20’s--producing and developing television for various networks. After traveling and being on location for months at a time, deeply desiring marriage and a family, she knew it was time to make a change and get back to her roots and original passion – real estate.
She transitioned out of entertainment and began her journey of producing and developing the story of each home she eventually listed. She’s a big advocate of figuring out the story behind your home and how to showcase your home in it’s best light. With her marketing background as a top producer working for Marriott International for over 6 years, she leaves no stone unturned when it comes to getting as many people as possible through the door to view your home. She fully understands the concept of supply and demand. The more people who see your home, creates demand and competition, which drives the price of your home up -she makes this her personal mission through exhausting all marketing channels. She takes great satisfaction in communicating what’s happening throughout the entire transaction and has relationships with her clients that resemble family.
Erin and her husband have fostered four little girls, two of which they have adopted. They currently have 4 girls all under the age of 5 – they are asking for any all prayers. ☺ In past years, Erin had the privilege of traveling to both India and Africa to spend time with girls who have been rescued from brothels and learning a new way of life.
In her very little spare time, Erin is incredibly passionate about horses and owns a palomino quarter horse named Romeo and small, white pony named Frosty. Her dream is to breed Warlanders on her ranch in Montana.
