Brian recently sold my Lake Forest condo and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. Brian was attentive, provided timely communications with status updates, masterfully negotiated a sales price well over asking price (in less than a weekend!) and overall managed this transaction like it were his own. Brian is the real deal and worked very hard for me to sell the property quickly at a great price. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, savvy realtor. I highly recommend Brian for your real estate needs.Zillow User: zman1968
I can't recommend Brian enough. He was referred to me by a family member and I had such a unique experience with him that I want to "pay it forward" by sharing with other home owners. When I was planning to sell my house, he took the time to understand my motivations and then shared with me some key data about the current market, interest rates, etc. In the end, he explained how I would be leaving money on the table if I sold at that time. Who does that? Who forgoes getting an easy commission to look out for my best interest? I really appreciate people who understand that when you do right by others, it will always work out as a win-win for both. Now that it is the right time to sell, he is my trusted partner and I couldn't be more thankful about the money I saved (and gained) by following his guidance. Thanks!Torrie Saine
